Taskbar problem

If I minimized the window it desappears,instead of seeing it on the taskbar.

Can someone solve this problem for me

Download this program and extract the file from the zipped
folder. Run the program and look under Taskbar problems for
Minimized Programs Missing. Click on that line and hit the
Repair button.
