taskbar items like win 2000

I'd like to set things up so that if an application has multiple windows -
say multiple browser windows in IE - there will be a taskbar "box" for each
item, rather than a single "box" for each app with a menu for multiple
windows. Is this possible?

Right click the Taskbar/Properties/Uncheck Group similar.....
