taskbar icon is blue instead of red.

I've loaded the program and it's been working properly but
I noticed that the taskbar icon is blue instead of red.
The program is still working properly but why did the icon
change? There aren't any conflicts from what I can see.

I'm running Windows XP SP2
Norton
IE6

System P4 2.8ghz
1.0gig of DDR3200
 
Use of Terminal Services based features of the OS--Fast User Switching,
Remote Desktop, or Remote Assistance has this effect, and it is a bug.
