Taskbar gettin smaller/autologon/IE slow startup

Hi.
My old winxphe started to work not exactly the way i like so i did it ...
I have installed windowsxphe from a scratch.
But ... i have a few problems now.

First of all - Internet Explorer is starting up kind of slow - 4 seconds of
"thinking" then IE starts. What can i check/do to change it (i have no
other "slow" problems).

Second - my taskbar is getting smaller and smaller every restart.
I have it on the right side of the screen, 3 units or how you name it ;).
I cant make it to be this big. Its getting smaller by 1 every restart or
logout/login.

Third - i had to login every time i turn on my PC, so i downloaded Powertoys
Tweak UI
and checked "autologon" option. It works, but ... from time to time
the welcome screen/login box appears and i must check the "autologon" option
in TweakUI
again. Why is it doing it to me ... :(

A fourth - sorry for my English.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

* Ok - this one is now solved. :) Other problems not :(
