Taskbar disabled by administrator

Just wondering if I can enable my taskbar after it has been disabled by the
administrator. I haven't disabled it and i am the only one who uses the
computer

I'm not sure how a Taskbar can be disabled. Perhaps you can provide a
better description of what is (or isn't) happening. In the meantime, see
