Task Sort in To-Do Bar: Outlook 2007

Does anyone know if it's possible to take standard Arranged By: Start Date
view on To-Do Bar and sort within each group by category, so for example all
categories are group together for Today, Next Week, etc.?

Categories is not available as a field from sort (when trying to change
started Start Date view, and I can't recreate the Start Date view in Custom.

Use grouping, not sorting, for categoriies.
