task sheduler error

I've been getting an 0x4 error (Exit code 4) when trying
to run an Xcopy batch file (Very simple one). But every
time I try and schedule or run it gives me this error.
Can't find any info on this error. Permissions are all OK
as set with Domain admin rights. HELP PLEASE!!!!
 
Have you tried another copy tool, like robocopy, the very simple copy command or any other os these Resource Kit tools?
Are you trying to do this command in a batch file?
What versions of operating system are we talking about? SP?
