Task Scheduler on Windows 2000

Hello All,
Every now and then I have a problem with my Task Scheduler running on
Win2000 Pro. The fix is always resetting the password on all the scheduled
jobs.

Can somebody pls. tell me why.

This appears to only occur on FAT32 formatted systems. Converting to
NTFS would be the fix.
