Task Scheduler not starting task in w2k (sp4)

Hi,
have tried to start the mp3DirectCut.exe Application by using the Task
Scheduler on my Windows 2000 Server. The Task has been set up by using
the Task Scheduler Assistent and is being displayed properly.
Why doesn´t the Task start?

On another PC, I´m doing the same on a XP pro - System with no
difficulties at all.

I want to avoid, messing around with batch files and commands like AT
or SchTask or non-standard Tools.

Anyone out there with a hint?
