Task Scheduler Not Running Interactively

I'm using Windows 2000, service pack 4 and when I
schedule an exe to run (let's say for instance notepad)
through the task scheduler, the process runs but runs in
the background instead of interactively. How do I get it
to run interactively?

if you are using the AT command, use the /interactive switch.
