Task Scheduler icon on Taskbar for Win XP

In Windows XP I can't seem to get the Task Scheduler icon
to appear in the System Task Tray as it does in Windows
98. Why is this and how do I get it to appear there?

You don't. The icon has been removed in Windows XP.
