Task Scheduler and shutdown

I don't have the computers in just yet, otherwise I'd be
playing with this before now. I need to know if it's
possible to schedule either a shutdown or hibernation of
XP Home at a specific time of day using the Task Scheduler
or some other feature.

I'm setting up a workgroup environment (no server) for a
small office staff I've worked with for a while. One bad
habit I've never convinced them to abandon is turning the
PCs off every night. I've set one W2K Pro computer to
hibernate after a couple hours of inactivity but that
shuts it down during the day which annoys them even with
the quick restart time. What I'd like to do is set a PC
to shut down at a specific time every day and, if
possible, start up in the morning. The latter isn't
really necessary, though. Is this possible without a
server sending shutdown commands?
