Task Requests

When I receive a task request I am not given the option to Accept, Decline,
or re-assign like I am supposed to. The same goes when I send a task request
to another user, they do not have the option either.

You need to use rich text format to send these types of requests....I
presume you're not using Exchange server, right?

I tried again and changed my send format from HTML to Rich Text format, but
it did not fix the problem. When the task comes through as an email, I can
see that it is still in Plain Text. I suppose it could be defaulted to plain
text by the system guys? And no, we are not on an exchange server.

Many things can strip out formatting - could be your mail server, could be
the recipients, etc etc etc.

And no, we are
not on an exchange server.
