Task Mgr. Problem

Running XP Home SP2
Ctrl-At=Del brings up the taskmanager screen, except that the top
portionwith the shutdown options is missing and the borders are all
grey.

I can use the screen, but Alt-F4 is the only way that I can close it

Does someone know how I can fix the problem?

Double click anywhere on the blank border. You're in "tiny footprint" mode.
