I bought my pc a week ago and notticed that whenever I
wanted to open the taskmanager (ctrl+alt+del) I couldn't
do it, because it oppened and then automatically closed.
Is there anyway I can overcome this? Thanks in advance,
KaUs

Greetings --

The type of behavior you describe is typical behavior of more than
one virus/worm, the three below being the most common:

W32.Klez

W32.Yaha
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/[email protected]

W32.Spybot.Worm
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.spybot.worm.html

Because many of the newer viruses and worms, such as the
Spybot mentioned above, can disable antivirus applications whose
definitions aren't kept up-to-date, try using one or more of the free
on-line scanners to double-check your system.

Trend Micro - Free online virus Scan

McAfee Security - FreeScan

This is is a virus in your system. Try to rename taskmanager.exe then start
renamed file and remove non typical processes from processes tree. Also
remove all non typical processes from registy
HKLM->Software->Microsoft->Windows->Current version->Run, Run Once, Run Ex
and the same in HKCU.
Also you may use viruses removal tools from
