This is symptomatic of virus infection. Scan with current (post-2002
version using updated definitions) antivirus. However, since you
apparently don't have an av installed, you probably won't be able to do
this since a lot of these types of viruses break antivirus programs.
Take the infected machine off the Internet and any lans immediately.
From a different, clean computer download Stinger from here:
Stinger is a standalone av checker that checks for a few of the most
common viruses. Run it in Safe Mode. Hopefully this will get the
machine cleaned up enough for you to be able to install a full-featured
av, which you will then update and scan with.
