From Start | Run will either msconfig or regedit run? If not, that's
indicative of a virus. Update your AV and do a thorough scan in safe mode.

Got to Kelly's site:

Click on "T" and scroll to Task Manager for some tips.

Umm lol its a good thing you're running professional because it makes this
easy...

Click Start, and then Run...

Type in gpedit.msc and press enter.

Navigate to User Configuration>Administrative Templates>System>Ctrl+Alt+Del
Options (Click on Ctrl+Alt+Del Options so that it is highlighted)

In the right-side of the window, four Group Policies will be listed.
Right-Click Remove Task Manager, and click Properties. Select the Disabled
option (To turn off the policy setting) and click OK.

If regedit does not work, then change the "Prevent access to registry
editing tools" located in User Configuration>Administrative Templates>System.

no problem, i'm only here to help.

btw, if any more problems occur in which it asks you to contact your
administrator, use gpedit.msc to get rid of the msg and get what you needed
done.
