Task Manager

How do I change the priority of a task. In my task manager I found that
Mcshield (mcaafee) is set to high. It also shows me that peak memory usage
was hitting 213,164. After watch task manager for a while no other program
even came close.

If you open Task Manager and right click on the process,
you should see and option to set the priority.

How can I *permanent* run a task in low priority

I have tow processors. Can I permanent run a specific exe only on one cpu
