Task Manager randomly starts

I have a Win2k system that is running ok. however at
random times the task manager will start up. The sytem
shows no signs of virus. I cannot find any info on
Technet.

Any Info wold be great.

Have we checked to make sure Taskmgr.exe is not in the Startup group or any of the Run keys in the registry? Also, we
might want to check to make sure there is no entry for it in Scheduled Tasks.
