Task Manager not functioning

When i press ctrl+alt+del the task manager pops up and
quickly disappears and im not able to use it... can any
tell me why or how to fix this plz. Thanx.

w32.spybot worm disables NAV, Msconfig, Regedit and Task Manager:

first check Virus.
then check Taskmanager section in url below.

If still dosen't work, check any error in event viewer
and post again.
