task manager not displaying correctly

Problem: When task manger is opened it does not display
correctly. The tabs are missing and there is no "x" to
close. Only display shown is processes. The task manager
can only be closed by task-bar icon.

Open Task Manager and double-click anywhere on the top Window border.
Somehow, you managed to convert Task Manager to run in "Tiny Footprint Mode".

Hi,
To switch Task Manager to its typical display mode, double-click the top
border of the window.
