Task Manager Dissappearing

For some reason the task manager will not stay up and let
me use it. Something is closing the window as soon as it
is opened. restarting does nothing and I can't look in
the processes to find out what is causing it as I ned to
get into Task Manager to do that.

Anyone have any suggestions?
