Task manager disabled by administrator?

I'm trying to ctl, alt + delete, to get task manager, I get a warning"Task
manager has been disabled by administrator, I am the administrator. Thanks.

I would talk to your admin and ask the reason [he/she] disabled it. I think
it is safe to say any admin on this newsgroup would back me up on how there
is really no reason to disable it. If they want to keep people from killing
processes like ALTIRIS (or other client monitoring apps), then there are
other ways to do so.

I am the administrator, that's what's ironic about it. The exe worked fine,
