Task Manager Can't Find VDMDBG.dll

Are we playing 20 questions with you or are you going to tell us what
VDMDBG.dll is?
 
It stands for Virtual Dos Machine DeBuGger.

For what it is worth W2K found it sometime yesterday and
Task manager started working again.
