Task Manager Blocked

Hey everyone! I am the owner and administrator for my computer and somehow my
Task Manager was blocked! Everytime I try to run it it gives me a message
saying "Task Manager blocked by Administrator" I never blocked it and now i
don't know how to UNBLOCK it!

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!
