I seem to have messed up the task manager applet on XP
home. Before it had a menu with different tabs (cpu,
applications, help, file etc.) and now no more. When I
bring up task manager (right click on task bar), all it
is is the applet list of procesess.

I've looked everywhere (I suspect in adminstration tools)
to bring back the full task manager applet but cannot see
what or where.

Can you help?

Thanks.

Double click the window just inside the blue border and you will get your
tabs back.

Double click in the broad border - it toggles between the Full and this
minimal view
