Task Manager AND RegEdit Problem...

Chris,
Yes I did follow all of the 3 mentioned links..
u c, my problem is that I can't open the task manager nor the registry
window... thus, I can't edit the registry as required in all cases to delete
some values in order to remove the worms...
any ideas??

If possible, you could add that machine to a domain and from the server run
regedit and connect to the client machine registry to make changes
