task manager again

I am new admin and I have only 1 DC and it is windows 2003

my task manager was disabled I have checked "User Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Ctrl+Alt+Del Options"
\"Remove Task Manager"
Remove Task Manager was not configured, Any way I have disabled then changed
again to not Configured, but task manager still disabled

any help
 
never mind I find it, it was enabled in another policy
