task bar

Hi all

For some reason my task bar has moved itself from the bottom of the pag to
the side of the page, its driving me bloody mad..lol

Can anyone tell me how to move it back to the bottom please??

Place the mouse pointer over the bar, Press and hold the Left
mouse button and move the bar to the bottom of the screen &
release the button. As you capture and move the taskbar it will
change to a "Outline" view. Once positioned correctly, Right
Click the Taskbar and Check the option "Lock the Taskbar"
This will prevent accidental movement in the future.
 
Mia, first of all, check to make sure that your task bar isn't locked. (You
do this by right clicking on the task bar and ensuring that "Lock the
Taskbar" isn't checked) Secondly, you must drag and drop the taskbar back to
the bottem.

Although by default the task bar appears on the bottom of the screen, it can
be on any of the sides you prefer it on. To move it from any side to
another, simply click on an unused part of it and drag it where you want it.
Be sure to click *within* it, not on the edge; clicking on the edge and
dragging will resize it.

If it won't move, it may be locked. In that case, right click on it and
uncheck "Lock the taskbar," then try again.

The reason it happened, by the way, is almost certainly that you moved it
accidentally.
