Task Bar location has changed

The task bar has been moved to the top of the screen. I
don't know how and I can't get it back to the bottom. Can
you help? Thanks, Jeff

Left click and hold, just in the blank area next to the Start button. Drag
down towards the bottom of the screen. It may not appear to be moving, but
will snap into position.

Right-click Taskbar and uncheck "Lock....." then follow Doug's steps.
