Task bar Icons

All the Icons on my task bar keep disappearing but when I pass the pointer
over where they should be the mini page pops up. Any ideas. Only happens
after I have been running for awhile.

Tried resetting as you said but did not come up with task bar and icons would
I have to restart to get this to happen. I am still confussed as this only
happens after I have been able to see them. Could it be an internet config
problem or a problem only with VISTA
