Answered in another newsgroup. Please do not send the same
message separately to more than one newsgroup (called
multiposting). Doing so just fragments the thread, so someone who
answers in one newsgroup doesn't get to see answers from others
in another newsgroup. And for those who read all the newsgroups
the message is multiposted to, they see the message multiple
times instead of once (they would see it only once if you
crossposted instead).

If you must send the same message to more than one newsgroup,
please do so by crossposting (but only to a *few* related
newsgroups).

Please see "What is the accepted way to share a message across
multiple newsgroups?" at

I am sorry but I only post to related newsgroups with the intention to cover
people that does not see in one only newsgroups. I do not want absolutely
disturb members of groups.
What you mean by crosspost ?

By the way, I guess I was not clear with my doubt about task bar.
I am sorry for not being so explicit.
I am referring to Task Bar is the System Notification Area (aka System
Tray), the area near the clock.
There are program running in the background that have icons representing
them.
However, after some reboots, some of them disappear as : HP printers
customizations, some spywares. And I am sure they are running as per Task
Manager Processes.
Eventually after a System Restore, they show up again and without any reason
they
disappear again.
Why they are hide out ?
These are what I am asking about.
Thanks for assistance

I'm not sure what groups you posted to, but I noticed your post
in microsoft.public.windowsxp.basics and in
microsoft.public.windowsxp.customize.

Most of us follow both groups (as well as several Windows XP
groups), so you don't substantially increase your audience by
posting in both.

But that wasn't my point. I don't mind if you want to post to
several groups. I was commenting on the *way* you did it. See
below.

I do not
want absolutely disturb members of groups.

My point was that way you did it disturbs people more than if you
crossposted properly.

There are two ways to send messages to more than one group

1. Sending each message as a new separate message. That's the way
you did it. It's called multiposting, and it's bad for the
reasons I explained.

2. Sending a single message, but addressing it to multiple
groups. That's called crossposting, and is the preferred way to
do it.

If you haven't done so, please refer to the web site, I cited:
"What is the accepted way to share a message across multiple
newsgroups?" at http://smjg.port5.com/faqs/usenet/xpost.html
