I am running Windows XP Professional on a 2Ghz Pentium 4
with 1GB memory. My video card is an AGP VideoExcel
GeForce2mx400 with 64MB. (An aside, the start up shows
64MB but the system shows 32MB) I have an annoying
problem with the Task Bar upon starting a new program, it
flickers 4 to 5 times. The Desktop and new program do not
flicker, only the Task Bar. I have downloaded and
installed the latest nVidia software version 4.4.03 with
no change. I have tried different refresh rates without
success.
Are there any suggestions?
Also does anyone have a web site address for VidioExcel?
A web search and the users guide did not turn up any?
