I think I may have inadvertently changed the vertical
size of my Task Bar and Quick Launch Bar. It now
interferes (overlaps) with the bottom of the display for
some applications. Also, it seems bigger. Is there an
adjustment for this? I was in the Accessibility features
today, but thought I exited without changing anything.
Thanks for all help.

Point to the top edge of the task bar, when the pointer changes click the
left mouse button and hold it down, while still holding down the button
slowly drag downward, you should see the task bar move down. Release the
mouse button when it's the size you want.

Good luck
