Tasak Scheduler

Hi guys,
could do with some help and advice please.
I am trying to set the Schdeuler to start and stop a program during the
nightime(off peak).

I have set it up to start and stop, and I apply a password and clik ok,
Whilst setting the password and clicking ok I get an error message as
follows:
An error occurred whilst attempting to set task specific error
0x80070005 access denied you do not have permission to perform the
required operation

Hi John,
did Google it , found a Microsoft fix for it but it was in every language
except for English. Tried a few other suggested methods but to no avail

On the search that I gave you the very first result is for an English
article from Microsoft. Maybe you can find something here:

Hi John,
Ok. maybe I am missing something, went to the first result, gave a hotfix
download available, but the download selection every language but English
