Target Linking

How does one target a link to a specific location on a web
page? Kind of like the "Back to top of page" links that
are some web pages once the user gets to the bottom of the
page.

This is called a "bookmark" and is described in Front
Page Help.

Hi,

Take a look in the help section under "bookmark" for the
particulars..basically you simply choose some text or an area as a
target..and then create a link to go to that target.
