Target Frame

I have a site where it uses a frame set of banner, contents
and footer. In the contents page, I have the links that
are pictures but for some reason, whenever I click on one
of the links, it opens it as a page on its own and not in
the main section where it should open.

I have tried targetting the frame in three different ways,
but there's obviously something stupid I'm doing wrong!!

Could someone please help?

For each link, set the frame target to the actual name of the frame that you want the picture to
open in.
