In Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition the program
recognizes the file tapicfg.exe as Spyware/CoolWebSearch,
while it is a completly normal part of the operating
system:

I noticed the same behavior. Good find!

Good, I thought it was just me. Seemed strange that it
thought it removed it and then it appeared in the next
scan.

There have been several posts about this, so they're aware
it's a bug.
