TAPI 3.1 Setup ?

Hi,

I'm searching a TAPI 3.1 setup programm on windows 2000 pro.

Windows 2000 shipped with TAPI 3.0. Windows XP ships with TAPI 3.1. As
far as I know TAPI 3.1 is not compatible with Windows 2000, to install
it on Windows 2000 would require the files to be hacked and copied from
Windows XP.
