Tapes to CD's

Is there any software that will allow me to run the earphone jack into my
computer from my tape player and then burn the information onto a CD?

CDex http://cdexos.sourceforge.net/ . In CDex go to Tools > Record from
Analog Input. Record to MP3 file(s) which can then be burned to a CD.
