taking office phone messages using outlook

Our current product, office logic, has a phone message feature. We're
thinking of switching to Outlook 2003, but I don't know how we'll replace the
taking of phone messages. Our professionals prefer messages to using
voicemail, so that's not an option. Any ideas - thanks in advance.
