taking away EuroValue toolbar

Even since i receive an excel file from our scotland office that has
euro conversion, the eurovalue toolbar has been appearing everytime i
open excel. i tried deselecting it when after right clicking on the
toolbar, i also tried doing it the long way and going thru the view
pull down menu. but no matter what, i comes back everytime, and i want
to get rid of it. same thing happens to the review toolbar, but that
one does not come back everytime.

please help,

Is it listed in the Add-ins list?
Tools>Add-ins in the menubar

i uncheck the euro conversion in the add-in and it's gone!! you guys
are the best!!

do you know why the review toolbar comes up once in a while? is there
anything i could do about it??
