tables and white space

You have no margins set.

In your opening Body Tag <Body> change it to this:

<body topmargin="0" leftmargin="0" marginwidth="0"
marginheight="0">

This will set the margins for IE and Netscape.

Ok. I did what you said and it partially fixed the
problem. I no longer have white space on the top and
left...but i still have it on the right. The weird thing
is that when I hit refresh, the white space goes away and
it looks like i intend. However, if i go to another page
and come straight back, the white space is there again,
until i hit refresh???? Uggggg!

That is a browser/version issue that you have no control over.
