Table with Colleges and Universities

Hi everyone,

I am developing a web app and I would like people to choose their college or
university from a predefined list of colleges. Is there a freely accessible
access DB (or table) that list most major univeristies in the United States?
I know there are thousands.

"US Colleges" gave the following at the top of the list ---
"Comprehensive directory includes colleges, ESL and boarding schools."

Umm...I think there is a misunderstand. I need an Access database with the
college so I can download it and use it in my app. These websites simple
list colleges on the webpage.

I need the datasource...
