Table view

My table option keeps disappearing from the menu. Compact and repair has
fixed this before but why is this happening and has this corrupted my data at
all?

Table is there somewhere because new data is being added but I cant get to
the table???

Maybe it somehow got hidden.
Try Tools, Options, and on the View menu, check Hidden Objects
