Table view

I am importing excel file in Outlooks contact folder, but
I would like that to look like excel's spreadsheet, not
box box like contact's view, how would I do that? Please
help.

Just use one of Outlook's Table views, like Phone List for example.
 
All Outlook folders support table views. You can try out the Phone List view
in the Contacts folder, for example.
