Table 'TempMSys Access Objects' already exists

Dear all,
I have a very weird symptom when i am trying close my access file.

My file is big (about 80Mb) and i have checked the option
Tool>Options>General>Compact on Close
so every time when i close the file, it will automatically run the compact
tools in order to minimize the size of my file.

Then, an error "Table 'TempMSys Access Objects' already exists" pop-up
telling my that something goes wrong. How do i fix it?
