table question

I'm having some serious issues with getting table rows to stay the size I
want them to be when setting the table's height to 100%. I basically want
one row, which I'm sticking my main content in, to "spring" to fill the
extra space the other rows don't take up as the browser changes size. Is
that possible?

Figured it out... I was overconstraining. Had to leave out the height of one
row, the one I wanted to resize dynamically.
