Table on a picture in Excel

I am creating a master workbook in Excel and on one of the sheets I
have an image that I have inserted. On this image I need to have a
table which has cells that are linked to information on a different
sheet in the same workbook. I can't think of any way to do this, any
suggestions?

I added a pioture (JPG) to an excel spreadsheet. Then I copied cells from an
excel worksheet into Power Point and save special as a picture ( enhanced
meta file). Then copied the Picture from Power Point and did a paste onto
the jpeg picture in excel. The Excel cells were transparent ontop of the
picture.

Make sure the cells of the table you want copied have no fill. Copy the
range, go to the other sheet, hold shift while selecting the Edit menu, and
choose Paste Picture Link. This pastes a linked picture of the table. Since
the cells are unfilled, you should see any features through the linked
table.
