Table of Figures

Table of Figures that spans 41 pages and want to know if there is a way to
post the text "Table of Figures Continued" at the top of each page. Usually
I cut and paste the text in manually, but with 41 pages, that's a lot of
pasting.

Ideas?
 
I'd suggest you make this a separate section, enabling "Different first
page" on the Layout tab of Page Setup. Put the "continued" notice in the
Header (omitting it from the First Page Header) of this section only,
unlinking it from preceding and following sections.
